The Wonder Girls were appointed as the ambassadors Korean Agro-Fisheries Trade Corporation recently, the official music video for the campaign – “K-Food Party” has been released via the official youtube channel.

“K-Food Party” is a fun, uptempo pop song that promotes Korean food & agricultural to the international market. The song was produced in JYP USA and the lyrics were written entirely in English by Rainstone PD & Penup Girls.

The Wonder Girls are ready for their Korean comeback, 2nd wave of teaser photos were unveiled at 11am KST via Wonder Girls’ Official JYPE website. Instead of the usual black & white concept as seen on the 1st round of teaser photos, a mysterious red color were added to the photos.

Wonder Girls’ members all showed different personality, charms & sexiness through the charismatic poses.

JYP Entertainment had also expressed that: “Please continue to anticipate & look forward to Wonder Girls’ comeback, the members had put in lots of effort in preparing this album”

Wonder Girls’ first MV teaser will be revealed tomorrow at 11am KST through wondergirls.jype.com!

Athens 2011 Summer Special Olympics came to an end with a closing ceremony staged at the Panathinaikon Stadium last night. More than 1,800 spirited athletes competed at the games over the course of 10 days.

Last night, the Special Olympics flag was handed over to the Organizing Committee of the 2013 World Winter Games Pyeong Chang in South Korea from Athens, whom had hosted the first modern Olympic Games in the 19th century.

Representing South Korea, international global pop phenomenon, Wonder Girls, gave Athens and the world a preview of the next Games, after the Flame of Hope which burnt for the Athens Special Olympics was extinguished.

The Wonder Girls, took the floor for a show of folk and pop music and dance, including a special rendition of Korea’s traditional folk song, as while as their hit singles, “Nobody” & “”Tell Me”.

Wonder Girls’ Sunye makes a private visit to Haiti to lend a helping hand to the victims of the 2010 Haiti earthquake.

Sunye’s disappearance from twitter has been raising much concern and curiosity within fans around as to why has she been missing in action.

However, the reason has been revealed that Wonder Girls’ leader, Min Sunye had been away to Haiti and participated in a mission led by GAP (Global Assistance Partners) that was scheduled from 19~25 May earlier this month. Photos of her participation in the mission at Haiti was also uploaded on GAP’s official website and shared amongst various fan sites.

Merry from Toronto and Sun from Wondergirls has joined us for one week and shared the love of Christ!

Sun and Merry had served the children in the orphanage and showed the love of Christ during their stay!

Sun and Merry have washed and prayed for all the children who are suffering from dehydration at our Cholera Treatment Centre in Warf Jeremie.

K-Pop super group the Wonder Girls were included in our 2011 Beautiful People issue (on stands now), but we thought these photos and extra quotes from Alex Littlefield’s profile on the group were just too fabulous not to share. Read on for more Wonder Girl wisdom from members Yenni and Yubin about making it in the U.S. and what it takes to be one of them.

What it takes to be a Wonder Girl.
We believe that everyone can be a Wonder Girl; if you believe in yourself and really dream about something. It’s not like we have super powers, or a super talented or super beautiful, super pretty, but we have passion and we believe in ourselves.” –Yenny

On ‘starting over’ in the U.S.:Before we [came to New York], we knew it would be starting all over again. It was fun. In Korea, people would be like, ‘What do you need? What do you want?’ — all the time. But here we have to find what we need. I feel a little bit more freedom.” –Yenny

How that motivates them:
“In Korea, we loved to make music, but here we really, really realized that we want to pursue our career. And that’s really thanks to fans who want to support us.” –Yubin

On fame:
“The first few years [in the group] were a little hard, for all of us. We were really young and really busy, and we felt like we were maybe missing something, as [in] a teenager life … Life just changed; it totally changed. We were students, teenage girls, and suddenly we were singers.” –Yubin
