Sunmi’s Birthday Project: Book of Handprints

Sun Mi likes to doodle – so for her birthday, we are going to make her a book of hand-prints with crazy doodles!

Procedures

1. On a sheet, no less than 8X11 inches, trace your hand-print. If you want to go crazy fun with this, dip your hand in paint. NOTE: The sheet doesn’t have to be your regular computer paper. Think GREEN for this. For instance, cut out a piece of cardboard, newspaper, brown paper bags, etc.

2. Write your birthday message inside the hand-print. Please make sure your writing is legible and dark enough to see.

3. Draw doodles outside the hand print! Have fun with this! (If you use a sheet like newspaper, where your doodles might be too light, draw on another piece of paper, cut it out, and then simply glue it to the sheet)

4. PM me at Spectacle! when you’re done, so I send send you my address.

5. Send me your submissions by the deadline date. Include your Spec! Username in the envelope!

Examples

Here’s an example on paint I made. Of course yours will be on actual paper and actual pencil, markers, etc. Unless you decide to print yours out. I did it under 4 minutes, so sorry for the sloppiness.
