Rookie Wonder Girls Are Most Popluar Rookie In The “China Rookie Awards”?

Recently, it has been revealed that the 2nd “Best Newcomer Artist Awards” ceremony is in their final preparation stage.
This year, a new award will be added onto the list; “Best Rookie Of The Year: Asia Category”. Among all the fianlist, South Korean quintets, “Wonder Girls” was the highest rated one.

Sources also revealed that, artists nominated for this year’s Asia category, are mainly from Japan & Korea.
In Korea, last year’s newcomer were mainly from girl groups like After School & latest edition of girl group from SM Entertainment: “BESTIZ”, had caught much attention from the judging commitee members.
However, judging from last year’s “popularity” & achievements in music industry, the chances of “Wonder Girls” getting nominated were pretty high.

The “Wonder Girls” not only have sexy & charming appeal, they also had absolute music quality. They were even invited by the Jonas Brothers to go on tour with them, early this year.
Follow on, the girls also released the english version of their hit single “Nobody”, with it, topping the US Billboard: Hot 100 with #76 on the charts.
With large fan bases from Korea, Japan, China & the US, such enormus popularity is enough to score much points on one of the the judging criteria: “Popularity”. And the hit single “Nobody” had already become the “must-played” song on China various radio stations.
Wonder Girls is definitely well deserved to compete for “Best Rookie Of The Year”.

Also, organisers had recently been trying their best to contact with JYP Entertainment, once scheduled is being confirmed, Wonder Girls will be attending the ceremony in January next year, and perform their hit single “Nobody” at the awards ceremony.
