San Antonio, August 13

This was my third show.
I arrived at the venue at 2:55 pm, and boy was it HOT! (Good thing I had 90 SPF sun block! And it’s oil-free . I walked around for several minutes looking for the Verizon bus. When I did find it, I grabbed some apple fries and waited to the side of the Verizon bus from 3:30 to 4:20.

(‘Nobody’ in front of the Verizon Bus)

The Wonder Girls, wearing pink outfits, came rolling up to the bus in a cart at around 4:21. I made sure to stand at the head of the crowd. When they lined up in front of the Verizon/Wonder Girls sign, Sunmi gestured to me an “okay” sign and wink, ad seconds later screamed out, “KRISTEN!!!” Shocked at this, I frantically threw my camera around and retardedly screamed back, “SUNMI!!!” which made the Wonder Girls laugh. Isn’t this scene something that occurs in movies? Lol. So we went through the dance, two girls were chosen by Sunmi and Sohee (Sunmi kept glancing at me apologetically because I had an arrow sign that said “SAVE EARTH” on one side

and a selca of me and her titled “PICK ME!!” on the

other), and then the crowd raced towards the Girls for autographs and pictures. I didn’t want to seem annoying, as they had seen me many times before, so I just stood behind the others and watched the girls sign autographs. While I was staring off into the distance (I don’t know where I was looking), Yeeun popped up out of nowhere and said to me, “Kristen! It’s so nice to see you again!!” and gave me a warm hug. I wasn’t expecting that to happen (I guess she’s seen Sunmi’s tweets to me, lol ).

Then the Girls had to leave, and while they were sitting on the cart to carry on with their schedule, Yoobin said, “Bye Kristen,” and she and Sunye waved at me.
After this, I grabbed some Mike & Ikes and headed to the East Gate, where I waited in line until 6:06 when the gates opened. Because the AT&T Center apparently didn’t allow cameras to be taken in and had a “No Reentry Policy”, I decided to leave the line and wait for my mom to get back from shopping around town. So I waited in Lot 1, in the middle of TX heat, for nearly 40 minutes before she finally escaped traffic and found her way in. I told her about the situation, ate the other half of my Subway sub, and grabbed all of the materials I’d be needing (posters, backpacks, dolls). My mom and I walked to the venue, somehow managing to sneak in all of our cameras. My mom bought two of the new Wonder Girls t-shirts and made our way to our seats. Honor Society performed a butt-load of songs (some are very catchy), and then the Wonder Girls were introduced by the MC, followed by a long pause before they took the stage. Because Jordin Sparks wasn’t feeling well and was having trouble to even speak, time before the Jonas Brothers’ performance had to be used up. And so the Wonder Girls came on stage and performed… Tell Me! (I have a fancam of Tell Me, but it sucks because no cameras were allowed and security could easily see them from where we sat) My mom and I immediately raised our posters that said “[We (heart)]” “[Wonder Girls]” “[원더걸스]” and “[사랑해요]”. I was freaking out at first because this was “Tell Me”!!! When the music came on, I began to dance (I know it by heart) with poster in hand, and I ended up hitting the girl in front of me. So I just stuck to jumping up and down with the posters (neon pink with black lettering, very hard not to notice). Once they were done with “Tell Me,” the microphones were brought out and set up, and then the Girls taught (Short Fancam of Teaching ‘Nobody’) and performed “Nobody.” The audience was pretty quiet… People around me paid more attention to me and my spasms instead of the Wonder Girls! Because the girls in front of us (who came all the way from Monterrey Mexico!) were so interested in our Korean signs, we asked them to hold them up for us, to which they excitedly replied, “OKAY!!” After they performed, I sat with my mom for several more minutes before making my way to the Verizon bus at 8:20. I got there and saw an elderly man (you’ve probably seen him on YouTube in his FAN*TASTICS entry!), his daughter, and Katie already waiting. I chatted with them for a bit before walking over to the bus to vandalize it with my Sharpie. At 8:50, Hana came over to greet and give to us wristbands (she kept dropping the matte leftover pieces on the ground, and I kept picking them up – I had a stash of “Hana” trash in my pocket, lol). At around 9:10, we were already late for the fan meeting, so we ended up not waiting for the last FAN*TASTIC to arrive, and Hana led us into the building through a back entrance. We travelled in a large elevator to one of the upper levels, passed by JYP who was casually sitting on top of a large container, and formed into one line outside of the meeting room. As the line became shorter, the group of Korean dental students in front of me allowed me to go ahead of them so that they could wait for their friend, the last person, to show up (she was parking the car for everyone and did manage to make it in time! ^^). I was called into the cozy room, where I was reunited with the Girls! They all said, in a somewhat synchronized manner, “Hi Kristen!” I gave each member a hug in the order of Sunmi, Sohee, Yeeun, Sunye, and Yoobin (Left –> Right), handed to them a huge card that I made with a letter to each member, JYP and Hana,
